SELL AN ART WORK

If you have some fine art which you wish to sell, The Luxury Company will be happy to appraise the same & showcase it on our website. The rules & formalities for the same are as follows;

1. Send us an image & a description (including your opinion on the condition of the work). If we find the work to be suitable for our site, we will contact you.

2. The next step would be for us to inspect the work.

3. If the inspection is found to be favourable, we will examine the supporting documents that you have. Please note that the proof of purchase is absolutely necessary.

4. Once we have approved the work & the supporting documentation, & authenticated the same by our experts we will accept the work for the web site.

5. Should the above not be in order, we will not accept the work but we can nevertheless advice you on what other options you may have.

6. In case the work needs restoration, we do have reliable restorers who may undertake to do the same at a fee which would be billed to you as per actuals.

In case a work is selected, our fees & terms are as follows:

1. We would recommend the selling price based on comparable market prices (wherever available), & the quality of the work.

2. All taxes & commissions payable to THE LUXURY COMPANY as applicable would be discussed with you.

3. If you are satisfied with the above we would agree to sell the work on our website along with a nominal administrative fee of Rs. 500/- only. Although this would be a non-refundable fee, it would be adjusted against the share of sale proceeds due to The Luxury Company.
