When you buy a painting from us, you will receive along with the invoice, a Quality Certificate guaranteeing the authenticity of the painting.

This Quality Certificate will be based on the information collected by The Luxury Company; namely, in the case of Galleries & Artists, supporting documents detailing the description of the work & confirming its origin.( In rare cases where supporting documents are not available, the same will be mentioned on the details page of the said artwork.) These documents will be in the custody of The Luxury Company, a copy of which would be available to the purchaser in the unlikely case of any dispute.

The Luxury Company, for its Indian Contemporary Art will have signed correspondence from the individual detailing the description of the work & confirming its origin & wherever possible further supporting documents confirming the authenticity & origin of the art work, in case the contemporary art work has been sourced from an individual,.

In case the customer is not, at the time of purchase, fully satisfied, The Luxury Company will refund the full amount (excluding postage, handling & delivery as applicable) if the product is returned within 14 days.
