The Luxury Company uses several reputed shipping companies & courier services to deliver you your order. As we are not committed to any single shipping company, we would be happy to deliver your order with any reliable shipping company whom you are comfortable with.
Where there is no preference indicated by the customer, we use the most economical & efficient shipper, depending on the size & nature of the parcel.
For overseas deliveries, companies such as Fedex & DHL are commonly used. For local deliveries, other reputed local companies are used or the product may be hand delivered by a member of our in-house team.
Shipping & delivery costs are to be borne by the customer. For deliveries within Mumbai city limits we provide free delivery.
WE RECOMMEND THAT ONCE YOU HAVE MADE YOUR SELECTION, YOU SEND US AN INQUIRY FOR THE ITEMS & THE QUANTITY REQUIRED. WE WILL ACCORDINGLY WORK OUT THE SHIPPING COSTS, TAXES IF / AS APPLICABLE, AVAILABILITY & OTHER SHIPPING DETAILS.
WE WILL FORWARD YOU THE ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER WHICH MAY BE QUOTED WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, ALONG WITH THE SHIPPING INFORMATION.
ALTHOUGH THIS IS NOT MANDATORY, IT IS RECOMMENDED, TO HELP US PROCESS YOUR ORDER SWIFTLY & EFFICIENTLY.
There is a handling charge which is as follows:
Rs. 500/- per artwork
Rs. 100/- per delivery for any other product
This charge is included in the price of the product. It is not an extra
charge.
INSURANCE
The shipping cost includes insurance up to a certain amount. This insurance
may not cover the total cost of the product. Should you wish to fully
insure your purchase, please confirm the same with The Luxury Company
at the time of placing your order.
