Vibha Desai graduated from the famous Baroda School of Art & her work has been featured in many National & International exhibitions.
Her training in Indian Classical dance accords her a natural affiliation with the human figure. Her works have a visual richness in them. Her subject, the feminine form, has been constant for some time now.
The fine visual that one sees in Vibha’s work has come down after being filtered through her senses. After she sees or imagines an image, her mind retains only that which is beautiful & necessary. This holds true for a plane of colour, a single object, a pose or a contour.
